When you request access to library content, we collect the phone number or email address you submit, solely to deliver a one-time verification code and record that verification. We also keep standard web server logs (IP address, pages requested).
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used only to send the single verification code you requested, via our SMS provider (Twilio) acting as a service provider.
We do not sell personal information, send marketing messages, or use your contact details for anything beyond access verification.
